What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and more. If you’d prefer to pay via an alternative method, please reach out to us at info@raikijewellery.com and we will be happy to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! We partner with DHL, a trusted global shipping company whose solution allows us to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
Please select the destination in the country switcher dropdown to see with countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate duties and other custom fees.
All international orders ship for a $20 fee, except US & Canada for a $30 fee, which includes insurance for your package.
How long before my order is shipped out?
The majority of our items are made to order and typically require 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, unless in stock. Fully bespoke pieces may take up to 7 weeks to be shipped. If you experience extended delays, please reach out to us.
I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item with my order. What can I do?
We’re so sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your new piece. We’d love to help you with this. Please reach out to us through the contact form on our website with your name, order number, and a photo of the faulty or incorrect item.
Returns & Repairs
What is your return policy?
- Vintage Pieces: Eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt, must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Raïki Items: Considered final sale and non-returnable.
To start a return, fill out the contact form on our website. Once reviewed, we'll provide a return label within 1-2 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of returned items.
Return shipping cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition of returned item: Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Do you offer repair warranty?
- Within 1 Year: Complimentary repairs for normal wear and usage.
- Beyond Warranty: Repairs available for a fee, request through our contact form.
Jewellery Care
How can I care for my jewellery?
All our jewellery is crafted from 18k gold, designed for everyday wear, including showering. However, we advise against wearing your jewellery in chlorinated pools, as chlorine can be corrosive to both metals and stones.

For the proper maintenance of your jewellery in your daily routine, we recommend the following guidelines:
- Handle your jewelry with care and delicacy.
- Remove jewelry before washing your hands or using any harsh substances that could damage precious metals or gemstones.
- Shield your jewelry from excessive heat and extreme temperatures.
- Be mindful of your activities while wearing jewelry, especially those involving potential impacts.
Maintaining Your Jewellery's Condition
- Use a soft, small brush to gently clean jewelry in lukewarm soapy water. Avoid harsh brushes or hot water. A few drops of mild dishwashing liquid should suffice.
- Rinse your jewellery carefully with lukewarm water, then dry with a soft cloth.
Storing Your Jewellery
To prevent scratches, it's best to store jewellery pieces separately in a case.
- Avoid storing multiple jewellery pieces together without protective measures.
- To prevent tangling, securely fasten chains and lay them flat or roll them around a tissue or cotton pad.
Can I wear my Raïki jewellery in water?
Absolutely, every creation is expertly formed from genuine 18K gold, permitting carefree wear in water.
Will my Raïki jewellery fade or wear away?
No, we choose solid 18K gold, not gold plating. Gold plating wears off, revealing the metal underneath and changing the jewellery's hue. Raïki's solid gold pieces are built to last and be treasured for generations.
Sizing
How can I determine my ring or bracelet size?
For the most accurate sizing, we suggest visiting your local jeweller to have your finger measured. For bracelet sizing, measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. If you have any sizing inquiries, feel free to contact us.
